Boxing 'Mind Fitness' Classes


Our ‘Mind Fitness’ boxing sessions are delivered to help aid recovery, promote mental wellbeing, improve physical health, combat social isolation and empower people to move their lives forward in a positive direction. 


Each session is delivered by a qualified coaching team to allow all abilities and fitness levels to participate. Equipment will be provided.


There is no need to book and no referral is required. Carers, friends and family are more than welcome to accompany participants to the first couple of sessions.


No questions. No judgements. Just turn up and train.
