Recent times have been tough for us all. One way or another, we have all been affected by the coronavirus. For some, it has had a huge impact on our mental health.
Thinking positively is easy said but not always straight forward, especially during uncertain times.
Exercise is proven to be beneficial to all aspects of health, therefore, Bicester Boxing Club is offering anyone who is living with a mental health problem, or supporting somebody who is, access to FREE boxing fitness classes.
