Womens Boxing Fitness

Our women’s boxing fitness class is a fun and challenging workout that will assist you in toning up and losing weight.


Each session is led by an experienced female coach who will guide you through the basics to help improve your cardio conditioning.


The class also includes a mother/daughter offer to help promote fitness within the family. Daughters must be 14+ years old.


The womens/mother + daughter class takes

place every Wednesday from 6.15pm - 7.15pm
